The volunteer work of writing postcards was held individually, and on our time within the time limit we had to send them. My participation in this event was by writing and stamping postcards, my mother addressed the cards for me.
The message was the same for everyone, the message was as follows:
“Dear (name of recipient) Biden won Georgia and we have the power to win again! Rev. Warnock and Jon Ossoff need your vote by Jan 5th so they can work with Biden on affordable healthcare and COVID relief. Early voting starts Dec 14th. Find early voting and ballot drop box locations at GoVoteGA.com

After writing this message on a lot of postcards, in addition to memorizing, I understand why this is the message that Flip the West wanted to put out there. The priorities of people right now are focused on COVID and what we can do to keep ourselves, and our families safe. This also made me see that people undervalue our power to vote, which in reality is one of the most important powers you have as a citizen of the United States. This is a power that almost everyone has, but we need to exercise it, otherwise in our country we will never get what we want out of our government.
